Aging Mastery Book Club on Wed, October 13 at 10:00am

Developed by the National Council on Aging, the Aging Mastery Program helps seniors improve their quality of life. Explore the six dimensions of aging well: mindfulness, health, finances, connections, creativity, and purpose. The group will read Aging Mastery Starter Kit materials, and hold weekly sessions with activities, community presenters, and discussions on enriching our lives.
