Aging Mastery Book Club on Wed. May 5, 10am

Developed by the National Council on Aging, the Aging Mastery Program helps seniors improve their quality of life. Explore the six dimensions of aging well: mindfulness, health, finances, connections, creativity, and purpose. The Zoom group will read Aging Mastery Starter Kit materials, and hold weekly session with activities, community presenters, and discussions on enriching our lives.
