Aging Mastery Book Club on Wed. May 12, 10am

The Aging Mastery Program was developed by the National Council on Aging to help seniors improve their quality of life. The program addresses the six dimensions of aging well: Gratitude and Mindfulness, Health and Well-Being, Finances and Future Planning, Connections and Community, Learning and Creativity, and Legacy and Purpose. The book club will read the Aging Mastery Starter Kit materials, and hold weekly sessions with activities and discussions around enriching our lives. The book club will meet using Zoom.
