Update your Browser to the Latest version of NetScape Communicator

The San Juan Island Library now has several copies of the latest NetScape Communicator CD-ROM version 4.61 available for general checkout. Library patrons may install this updated version of NetScape Communicator on their home computers at no cost. This NetScape Communicator CD-ROM supports Windows 95, Windows 98, Windows NT, PowerPC Macintoshes, as well as Linux. The availability of this CD-ROM from the library means patrons can save themselves from the lengthy download required to obtain the same software from NetScape's web site.

The NetScape Communicator version available at the library also provides Java support, which is required for patrons wishing to use the library's web-based catalog from home.
