Graphic Novel Collection
We recently amalgamated YA and Adult Graphic novels to create a broader, more comprehensive collection. Located back near the reading corner, why not try a Graphic Novel today?
Located in its newly revamped area, the teen collection offers audio books, dvds, manga, non-fiction, biography and more. The comfortable seating and the magnetic poetry wall add to the cozy atmosphere.
The Library offers a wide range of audio books, both online (Overtime Washington Anytime Library) and on CD located in the main salon.
We also offer a small collection of Playaways, an audio option in a small portable, personal device.

Located in the center of the library, the reference collection has a robust core of reference books for use in- house. This is complemented by our collection of extended online reference resources.
The Local Government material is located in our quiet Reading Room.

Low Vision Collection
The library has a small collection of assistive technology that may help in the conduct of everyday life.
Located near the Children's Area, the Parenting Collection offers tips and advice to new parents and old.
Our Spanish Collection includes magazines, children's books, dvds, non-fiction and fiction.
Playaways comes pre-loaded and ready to use with one audiobook per device—making them simple for you to use!
New to the Library our Birdwatching Kits are available for a one week loan. Complete with Binoculars, guides and maps, it is the perfect way to get started birdwatching.
The Library has laptops, DVD players, bat detectors and Kill-A-Watt measurers for loan. Please ask staff for assistance.

Permanent Art Collection
Since 1996, artists and art patrons have donated a variety of art to the library. Usually, once a year, items from this permanent collection are put on display. Several times a year, the library displays art by San Juan County artists-professional and amateur-in various themes and media.
