This is an archive of the 2004 Summer Reading Program.

Welcome to the San Juan Island Library Summer Reading Program for 2004.

Elementary aged students are invited to have fun and earn prizes at our annual Summer Reading Program, "Discover New Trails at your Library." Sign up at the library begins June 17th or come to the first entertainment program at 1:30 PM on Wednesday, June 30th and sign up then. In addition to lots of great reading, elementary aged students will enjoy weekly scheduled entertainment and fun activities each Wednesday at 1:30 at the library through August 4th.

If you have any questions, please contact Laura Tretter at the Library, 378-2798.

Schedule of Events:

All entertainers are scheduled on Wednesdays from 1:30-2:30pm and will take place at the library.

And if you meet your reading goal, you will receive an invitation to the Finisher's Party on Friday, August 6th at the San Juan Historical Museum. We will honor all who have met their goal, present special awards, and provide entertainment. Just bring lunch, a blanket to sit on, and come ready to have fun. For more information about this special party, see your program guide.
