Wednesday, June 26th - Our grand opening program of Sizzling Science with Woody Sobey from the Northwest Invention Center. Come see a cement block broken on top of your librarian while lying on a bed of nails. Also don’t miss potatoes being launched from a tennis racket… (see our pictures here)

Winners of the Bookmark Design Contest were acknowledged at this opening ceremony.

Wednesday, July 10th - Magic Charlie and his basketball wizardry. Be entertained by such feats as Charlie balancing four basketballs at one time and spinning a basketball from a pen in his mouth. Be inspired by his message about the magic of reading.

Wednesday, July 17th - Come see Wildlife Encounters and their Discover the Amazing World of Wildlife program. They will entertain and inform us with some of their live animals as well as their human interpreters.

Wednesday, July 24th – Jeff Evans and his Reading Magic performance. Be wowed when a volunteer is magically transported to Hogwarts. Be amazed by Curious George and the “World Famous Banana Trick”.

Wednesday, July 31st - Alleyoop - A one-man interactive variety show performed by Allan Hirsch. Come enjoy storytelling, music and singing, puppetry, and whistles from around the world.
